What Makes the 918kissth VIP Program Different?

More than just a membership card

For most online platforms, a VIP program is just a label slapped on with no meaningful benefits behind it. At 918kissth, we carefully designed this VIP program based on real feedback from our loyal members across Malaysia. Every tier in this program comes with tangible benefits you can see and feel in every gaming session.

VIP Program 918kissth uses a cumulative reward point system that tallies your total wager over time. This means every game you play — whether Slot Games, Live Casino, or Sports Betting — contributes to your VIP level progress. No points go to waste, and there is no time limit for you to level up.

Automatic Upgrade System

One of the most loved features among VIP members 918kissth is an upgrade process that happens automatically. You do not need to contact customer support or fill in any special form to obtain a higher VIP status. Our system will track your progress automatically, and an upgrade notification will be sent directly to your account once you reach the required threshold. This ensures you never miss a single benefit you are entitled to.

For Diamond and Platinum levels, management 918kissth will also reach out to you personally to introduce a dedicated account manager who will assist with your every need, from personal bonus requests to betting limit management.

More Than Just Bonuses – A Different Experience Altogether

We built VIP for players who truly deserve to be valued

Many members 918kissth who have reached Gold level and above often share that the biggest difference they feel is not just about bonus money, but about how they are treated as customers. Faster support responses, more efficient issue resolution, and the sense that the platform truly recognises them as individuals — these are things that are simply priceless.

For Platinum and Diamond members, your personal account manager goes beyond handling technical matters. They also help you plan your bonus usage strategy, inform you of limited promotions not publicly displayed, and ensure your betting limits match your playing style. This is the kind of service that typically exists only at high-end physical casinos.

918kissth also organises exclusive events from time to time specifically for VIP members, including private slot tournaments with large cash prizes, as well as a reward point exchange programme for selected products and vouchers. All of this makes our VIP programme far more than just a standard promotional offer — it is a comprehensive rewards ecosystem.

Most importantly, none of these benefits require you to reach Diamond level first. Even starting at Bronze, you will already notice a difference compared to a standard account. And the higher you climb, the more rewards await you.

FAQ – 918kissth VIP Program

Everything you need to know about our VIP membership

No, the 918kissth VIP program is completely free for all registered members. There are no monthly fees, registration fees, or any hidden charges. Simply register an account and start playing — you are automatically enrolled in the program at the Bronze level.

Upgrade time depends on your gaming frequency and total wager amount. The system calculates points in real time, and upgrades happen automatically once the required threshold is reached. Active players have been known to reach Gold level within a few weeks, while casual players may take a few months. Your accumulated points never expire.

The 918kissth VIP system uses cumulative lifetime points as its primary basis. This means your VIP level will never drop even if you are inactive for a period of time. However, to keep active benefits such as daily rebates and weekly bonuses running, it is recommended to maintain consistent gaming activity.

When you reach Platinum or Diamond tier, your personal account manager will reach out to you first via in-account chat or through the channel you registered with. From there, you can communicate directly with your manager through the 918kissth live chat platform at any time of the day.

Daily rebates received as a 918kissth VIP member carry significantly lower re-wagering requirements compared to regular bonuses. For Gold level and above, rebates are credited with more flexible re-wagering conditions, allowing you to withdraw your rebate value faster. Full details of re-wagering requirements are available on our Terms and Conditions page.

Yes, all VIP benefits apply fully whether you play via web browser or the 918kissth mobile app for iOS and Android. Reward points are tallied across all platforms, and your VIP withdrawal limits and rebates are active on the app as well. Your gaming experience remains consistent regardless of the device you use.
